Just noticed lately that my line blocks anonymous callers, is this a feature or something? If a feature, hope there is an option there to let people to choose whether to block those calls or not.
Thanks.

We don't do any call filtering from our end. Perhaps something is setup in your ATA that's doing this?

If you have a Linksys ATA, you probably keyed *77. Press *87 to deactivate call blocking of anonymous callers.bfly wrote:Just noticed lately that my line blocks anonymous callers, is this a feature or something? Thanks.
Personally, I have activated the call blocking of anonymous callers as I believe that a call with a good intent should not hide behind blocked numbers.
P.S. I do not block my caller ID on any of my calls even though the feature is available.

I have used DID together with VOIP provider, no problem. Only notice lately with FPL, probably pbxes.org does it, will check it.FPL-steve wrote:We don't do any call filtering from our end. Perhaps something is setup in your ATA that's doing this?
