Sending fax(s)?
Can we send fax by using freephoneline service?

If you set your codec to G711 and lower the speed of your fax to the lowest it can handle (sometimes called "Compatibility mode" or "long distance/oversea"), then you *might*. Success is limited.

Officially, freephoneline does not support faxing. Though there are a few DIY-ers on this board who've had success doing this who I'm sure could help you out.

I only managed to get 'simple' ones to go, which is all I really ever had to do. I plugged my Brother All In One straight into the PAP2T and it went. I didn't change anything.
Once I tried to send a complicated fax (by that I mean something where print covers most of the page like a picture) and it failed saying bad connection. But simple typed or hand written faxes go without any problems.
