Re: break up of voice
There is no need to PM me at the same time as you ask your question in the forum.
You should setup your ports as "Customer Defined Service Table", and put ports 5060, 5061, 6060, 6061, 13000 and 13001 all in UDP mode, forwarded to the IP of your ATA.
As the voice beakup, you either have an issue of quality of service which needs to be setup in the router to prioritize traffic for voice, or you have the other problem from the multi-page thread about exactly that symptom, which you should go take a look as well.

The thread about voice break-ups is here: http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1887
Now the port forwarding, there's too many options. Without the guide or an example, I don't really know what to tell you to do. Are there examples in your router you could follow?
It looks like you should set:
Remote IP: Any
Public IP ports: Single
Tick the "Enable port range:
Private port: 5060 (and when range is ticked, you should have 'End port', put 5061)
Then repeat that for another range: 6060 to 6061, and finally a 3rd range: 13000 to 13001

Re: break up of voice
When you say "rogers wireless", do you mean you have your internet via 3G, or is it a standard wired internet link (DSL or cable) and then you have a WiFi router?
