how to undo blacklisting

Hi I am using the Freephoneline.ca software to receive calls. I accidentally blacklisted one of my contacts and it now appears that I won't hear the phone ring when this contact calls.

Is there a way to undo blacklisting? any info would be appreciated!

Does their number not show up when you go back to the blacklist page? It should be in the list there. If not, please let me know and I will check the back-end of your account.
