Hello, can anyone help me my friend set up this freephoneline, but it won't let me use it, it says I have to get a confirming call from its system, well I have waited two days now and still nothing, I have tried calling the support line and it says they are closed....isn't support a 24/7 thing....

It's been a while since I activated my softphone account, but I do not recall having to receive a call from FPL for it to work. Are you sure you have the correct forum, and that you weren't looking for that other Canadian company?

You do get a call where you have to enter your 2 digit number.
If you log into your admin page on www.freephoneline.ca you should see a button to request the call. The call comes through almost straight away, certainly within 2 minutes, so if it doesn't make sure you have the right number in there.
These are the hours for support
Monday – Friday 8AM to 10PM EST
Saturday 10-4PM
so if you can't get it working you will have to call on Monday assuming the holidays have not messed these times up more. Try requesting the call a couple of times. I know this problem has been mentioned in the forum a few times. Admin or Steve might be able to help you if they come by before Monday also.

Having said that though, I think you only get 1 day to activate it, so you will probably have to start again now. Did you get your email through with the 3 digit number on it?
