Invalid configuration file, error !!!

I want to report an unusal problem with my softphone application. It works on Windows XP with McAfee internet security system. Unfortunately, on Win7 pro + Vipre AV + Vipre Firewall, it never connects. Every time it gives error "invalid configuration file" and program quits on responding to the error message. I had uninstalled JAVA followed by SOFTPHONE application and re-installed JAVA with latest versions, and SOFTPHONE application. The problem still persists. Can you help me get it fixed?

With Vipre Firewall ( or any firewall ) enable the right ports and that should solve your problem.
