If you log into your account with the username and password chosen during signup, there is a tab called "Change Details" under which you may choose your "Preferred IVR Language" for voicemail. The three options are English, French, and Spanish.

Hi

I tried that and it only changees the voicemail menu language. I am looking to change the language that the caller hears when accessing my voicemail. The system answers and states: YOU HAVE REACHED THE VOICEMAIL BOX OF..... I would like to change that message.

THANKS

I think your best bet would be to simply record the greeting in French from your phone. The only language settings our system has are the one that Admin suggested trying, but it looks like that doesn't appear to change the greeting itself.
