Problem calling a 905 number

Today, I tried to call a 905 number that I have called many times before, I heard the connected tone once and then I immediately get a busy signal.
The busy signal is a bit different from the one I usually get.

I tried other 905 number and it was fine.
I tried with my cell phone to call the same number and it does not have the problem.

Can someone help me on this?

I am using the SPA2102 box.
Dial plan: (911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)

Figured out the problem, the phone at destination has accidentally blocked my number.
