Asking for credit when dial out with Fring SIP

Asking for credit when dial out with Fring SIP
I got the message "You have no credit on the phone, please purchase credit from your local site." when I try to dial 647#, one of the free calling area. Is this from FPL?

I found the answer. It's because of the +1 in front of my 647# that caused the problem.
