Call reciever cannot hear anything when I call

I call my mother all the time using FPL. Then suddenly today when I called, she couldn't hear me. Theres no sound on her end at all. She has a bell landline.
I had no problem at all when i called another friend today after this incident, but it persists whenever i try to call my mother.

Is there anyway to fix this glitch?
I have been using FPL for about a year relatively problem free. Have ports forwarded on firewall and router.

I have had this issue in the past with some numbers (usually cell but some exchanges in land line). Since the upgraded the server I can make calls and hear fine but the receiving party cannot hear me. I have had this issue twice before, once on my original setup and one other a couple of years ago. I resolved the issue in the config settings but I cannot remember what I did. I have no way of testing since my FPL is the only phone I have. When I get it figured out I will post my solution.
