i bought SIP config file few days back and the passowrd i got was pretty hard to remember, so i want to chnage that.. any idea from where can i do that???

Currently password changes are only possible for special requests, and mostly only those pertaining to security concerns as it requires changes in a few synchronizing databases. There is talk of opening SIP password changes to our users through the web interface, though, just as I talk about owning a Porsche, it's just talk.

Wow Kris must be rich... I don't even "talk" about owning a Porsche! 
I'd second this idea as well, maybe coupled with mandority requirements (certain length, must use numbers, capitals, no dictionary, etc). There could be a warning that password changes will take upt o 24 hours to implement (ie. synchronization) and a security email can be sent to the owner "Your password has changed" in case of other fraudulent activity.
