Hi
I want to buy a freephoneline confi file and use it with my small business. i want the people to be able to call my phone and asterisk will handle the call and play an IVR menu for them than ask them to choose customer service or to dial the extension they want to reach, is it legal to do that with you guys ?
Also is it possible just in case they are not able to reach my extension (cause i m not in the office for example ) to transfer the call to my cellphone.
I just want my line to look professionnal.

Do note that freephoneline.ca is strictly for residential use only - business use is in violation of the terms and conditions of our service.
I'm going to refer you to check out our parent company at www.fibernetics.ca. They specialize in business VOIP services and have many offerings similar to, and more robust, than freephoneline.
