Enable voicemail to email

I had my voicemail copied and sent to my email as set on my details page. It has stopped suddenly and I tried to reactivate it but it still won`t work

Any ideas?

Any luck? Sometimes that works sometimes is to completely reset things... turn it off, turn it back on, and if not - change your email address, off, on, try again, then change email back. I notice my webmail account has been trying to be more intelligent but that also means losing some email too!

Ice, unfortunately turning it on / off does not reset the mailbox, however there is a nifty button or two to do said 'Reset'
