It takes 20 seconds to hear voice after phone is answered.
Dial, ring, answer, 20 seconds silence, then voice come over.
Same when I call voice mail.
Is the server too busy?

That's weird, I've heard something similar with mobile VoIP solutions but before we go into much... can you tell us your setup - what phone/equipment you have, your network setup, etc?

The call was between softphone on Win XP Pro SP3 AND BlackBerry cellphone on Rogers.
BlackBerry is not on VOIP, it is traditional mobile phone.
