Iphone Sip - Cannot Hear but caller can hear me

Hi , finally able to use sip setting on Iphone , sip client Acrobits , Fringe, but there is is issue , when i place the call i dont hear phone ring, the person i have called can hear the ring and can hear me clearly , and on my end nothing silent ,
already made sure i am on full volume , 2ndly if some one call me it goes straight to voice mail

please any one can guide me what i am doing wrong

I will answer anyway. You have a SIP NAT issue, it is hard to fault freephoneline.ca because of a duff programmed router. What do you have for a router? Because that is ultimately the problem. The router does not know where to route the RTP audio packet. It guessed, and guessed wrong. Forwarding ports is your best bet.
