Pretty horrible software you have there.
I have Windows 7 64 bit and this thing is just a pain in the rear.
When I run the application, it's fine for maybe 30 seconds ...then some annoying chat windows opens up. This is when the main program window becomes unusable...the dial, voicemail, all the buttons at the bottom stop responding. The Menu button is the only one that works.
I have seen my share of horrible pieces of software out there, but this one probably ranks the highest for the most annoying.

Can we have some specifics please, I have been running Windows 7 64-bit for quite a while now through all by the first two releases of the freephoneline.ca software with no issues whatsoever. The most common cause of software 'horribleness' is incompatibilities between the JVM we use and the one built into your machine, have you tried removing and reinstalling it and the software?

What exact specs would you need?
I am running JRE 6.0u24.
I have also tried to run the application in a virtual machine with Windows XP 32bit installed and it does the same thing.
If I could get the application to stop l the chat window to pop up randomly, I would be happy. Because this is the only time the program becomes useless...the bottoms stop responding.
