To record a voice mail greeting through your software phone, dial *98, enter password if applicable; Press 3 for Personal Options, 3 for Greetings, you can then choose to record your extended, or personal greeting as well asl your name.

Re: how to record own greeting in fpl softphone? very import
I have tried, unsuccessfully, to change my personal greeting but it will not take. It records and I save it but when I dial my home phone from my cell I continue to get the default greeting.
What am I doing wrong?

Nothing. There is a problem with your account, has happened to many people. You will need to PM FPL-Steve, admin, or call Tech Support so they can fix your account.
