clearpointel longdistance balance

Hi, I got clearpointel account for more than 2 years, it is best service for my home phone. finally i decided to purchase long distance voucher. there is no option to check my balance of my clearpointel account. whereas freephoneline account page has that facility. is there is anyway i can check balance available for my clearpointel account ?
