skype has extra add on, that can record talks.

At present time we don't have this sort of functionality offered for our service. Due to the touchy nature and guidelines around recording calls in Canada, I don't forsee us adding this type of functionality in the near future.

If you do require call recording while using the softphone, there are lots of great freeware applications for your PC that can do just that.
