Unable to receive calls

I have a big problem.
I have a D-Link DI-604 router.

I have Linksys ATA device

Customization: Open

I can make calls, but to receive calls its a problem.
When someone call me, the phone doesn't rings, but in the caller's phone, it sounds like the line was busy (beep beep beep)
I already open the port on my Dlink router( Di-604).
sip1 192.168.0.100 UDP 5060/5060 always
Sip2 192.168.0.100 UDP 6061/6061 always
Sip3 192.168.0.100 UDP 10000/10000 always
Sip4 192.168.0.100 UDP 20000/20000 always

once I have unplug everything and it worked for about 2-4 minute, after, when i tried again to call with my cell to my FPL number, its the same thing, no voicemail, nothing...just busy tone
I really don't know what is the problem, thats weird.
But when i make direct connection with my modem than it works fine.I can receive call.
your device has only one ethernet port it should have more than one port .I think that make more easy for the user.
Let me know ur suggesstion.

Sadly, it is not weird to me. You need a new router. Your current router is unable to route VOIP through NAT properly. The router will hold the IP for about 2 minutes, and then promptly forget and assign the IP to something else. The ATA is left blind.

I would normally recommend you manually forward ports, and/or set the register time on the ATA for 120 seconds to remind the router it still wants that IP, but that router is so creaky old, it really is not worth the effort. I would recommend you get a router that can run DD-WRT firmware. If you see any router you like, let me know. I am pretty good at sorting the treasure out of the lemons!
