2 Questions:

Am I able to disable voicemail all together? I'd rather use the answering machine system built into my phone.

I have recently received a "fax message" in my voicemail. When I check, it always tells me I have 1 new message. This is the fax message. How do I delete it?

This has been asked a few times, and basically no, you can't disable the voicemail... you can set it longer (max 30s) and set your answering machine shorter (25s) to ensure you get it. Long story short, by ensuring the call gets answered, Freephoneline can keep providing service for free. Basically, every time a call comes in to FPL, the outside telephone company pays FPL so they can keep themselves in business.

As for the fax, just login to the web panel and delete it from the Mailbox link!
