Fongo powers free calling solutions for a number of brands. This forum includes information and tips on all of those offerings. Note that your specific services may vary based on the specific Fongo product that you're using.
If you're logged in, you get access to your account... obviously. If you're not logged in and try to access a bookmark you get a 404 (though I think it really should be a 403). My suggestion is to show a login box if you're not logged in and are trying to access an account page. In other words, even if the this "unauthorized" behaviour is expected, accomodate the user with something that looks like FPL instead of a server error.

That's a general error found in several cases.
One particular situation is when you are logged in and the inactivity timer terminates your session, but you don't know and click on a menu/link. You get the described error and the first impression is that the server is down. Scary and not very professional.
Also, as a general observation, the logo on top of the Forum is linked to http://forum.freephoneline.ca/index.php, not to the home page (freephoneline.ca), as it states. Kind of useless, since the "Board index" link does the same thing. And if you want to go back to the home page you have to type it on the browser.
I've filed a report with our programming team to see what we can do to about this situation. Whether it's a better designed error page, or simply a redirection to a login prompt.

The /Mailbox link now takes me to the login screen... works for me! It'd be ideal if it redirected to the /Mailbox link at login but I think it's functional for the general public now (instead of that 404!).
It works fine now.
If you access the forum on a new tab while you are already logged to your account, then you'll be logged out from your account and redirected to the login page, no strange error messages anymore.
I was not able to verify the behavior if you're disconnected by the timeout timer since it seems that you stay logged forever now (or maybe I didn't wait long enough).
