hi..i setup all settings..my incoming is working fine but outgoing does not work..pl z help me.

Ummm.... not sure if this was actually moved or not as it's in FAQ still...
A couple things to the OP:
1) I'd try and send a private message to Kris (admin) or Steve (fpl-steve) to change your forum username. I noticed you have your phone number, and though I've noticed many people here are great, you never know who else might see it and abuse it.
2) Please type out your posts with sufficient detail. "All Settings" doesn't mean much as we don't know what settings your'e referring to - what phone(s) you're using, what your network is like, etc. More information and more detail will help us understand where to start. For example, have you tried the softphone? How well does it work, and any issues with that? BONUS - typing in proper sentences/etc helps the cause too.
3) Check out the Device Configuration thread as there are lots of ideas for the PAP2 that you may want to try to help diagnose your problem:
