Hello, since saturday I haven't had caller ID functonnal. Today I installed the softphone, but even with it, the ID is still -Anonymous call.

Are you referring to when people call you, or when you call people? Have you tried having different people call from landlines vs cell phones? I've had some calls come in as private due to how calls were processed.

same here !!! since last 2 days i m not getting caller id displayed on the phone.
When i logon to my ata it shows the number incoming but on the phone itself i just get "incoming call"

Weird, if you see caller ID on your ATA then it should be working. I got a call last night and the CID was fine... maybe you can both try to restart your equipment?

I was monkeying around with a few things at home last night and was calling myself quite a lot of times from a few carriers to test some things - never had any issues with caller-ID during this time.
If you're still having troubles, be sure to test from a bunch of different carriers and provide as specific of information as you can. Might be an issue with only X carrier trying to call you, in which case it's probably them who needs to check things out first.

got it working most of the time.
got 1 missed caller ID, even on FPL softphone, caller is from ajax,on landline.
it shows the number on FPL portal though, but on the softphone it was anonymous
