Hi,

I have 2 FPL number and am unable to connect to either VoiceMail box with the FPL Mac software ? Can you help me ? Regards.

What are you trying to do exactly when attempting to connect to your voicemail box, are you typing *98, or clicking the 'Voicemail' button? Or something completely different...

Hi Kris ... I am typing *98, or clicking the 'Voicemail' button .... and nothing happens !

I found the problem ... When opening a session of my desktop computer I did not authorize incoming connections for the FPL application. When accepting the incoming connections, everything is OK. Thanks anyway.
