Hi,
I've been running FPL on SPA2100 for a year quite smoothly until last Sunday when all of a sudden there's no dial tone, and I can no longer receive not make calls. Strangely, the back of the ATA has all the lights on, phone1 and phone2 on green even though only phone1 is plugged, status light is solid amber/orange. I tried disconnecting it off my network and simply plugged power and a phone to the ATA and pressed **** to access IVR, still gave me nothing. So I can't access IVR, nor ATA config. Could my ATA be defective? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!
Mark

Re: Is my ATA dead?
I'd suggest grabbing our softphone or the X-Lite softphone (it'll use the same SIP info you enter in your ATA from our config file) just to verify it's nothing on your network. If those work, then fingers are definitely pointing at the ATA being the problem.

The softphone does work fine. I guess it's my ATA then. Oh well, time to shop for another one..
