Follow me forwarding to a number not in a free calling area

I am wondering if it is possible to have the FollowMe feature forward to a phone number that is not local to one of the free city areas? For example: FPL number from Vancouver forwarding to a phone number in the BC interior.

If this is possible would there be a long distance charge if the call was picked up?

I believe Freephoneline sells vouchers as low as $5. A call in Canada not covered in the free area costs 2 cents a minute. That goes with forwarding numbers also.

I too am trying to forward to a number not in the free calling area -- I have a valid LD voucher, yet the web interface states: The number can not be used as FollowMe number.

Can someone from fpl let me know what exactly are the rules for FollowMe? Can we use a FollowMe outside the free area?
