First, have you taken a look through the forums, Searched, and in particular, gone through the Device Configurations forum? I remember there being a lot of info on this. Also, it's good etiquette to type in proper sentences.
More information is needed as well - if you're using the default softphone like in your description, make sure you've paid the $50 fee for the config info.
