No audio when I make a call from my ATA to softphone

Hey,

I have a problem when I make a call from my ATA to softphone. My friend who uses softphone can't hear anything but I hear his voice and the softphone rings normally. First of all, I think it was router problem but it wasn't because I have the same problem when I try it by myself and I already forward the ports on my router. Here are my experiences:

- ATA (freephonline) to Bell = No problem
- ATA (freephonline) to Softphone (freephonline) versa = No audio! The person who uses softophone can't anything and the phone ring normally. The person who uses ATA hear normally.
- Softphone (freephoneline) to Bell = No problem
- Softphone (freephoneline) to ATA (other provider) = No problem

Please help!

Did you try calling someone else who also has the Freephonline softphone?

My guess is the softphone's port forwarding that is not correct.

If you don't have another friend with softphone to call PM your number to Steve (FPL-steve) or Kris (fpladmin) here so they can test it out.
If the clown doesn't laugh it's really not funny.

Problem solved! It was my firewall. When I changed it in firewall disabled, everything works fine.
