Wrongfully charged to my account ???

I would like to know why am I charged $0.25 cents for a call made to United Arab Emirates, where as FPL is publishing it for $.17cents on their website?

Jake is correct - as the table headers on the long distance page state, it's "rates as low as" - you can view the full rates for any country by clicking "Show Complete List" beside the country in question.
