You set that up on you freephoneline command panel, not the ATA.

Please log in to https://www.freephoneline.ca/login and click on 'Change Details', on the bottom you'll be able to change these settings.

Remember all emails (Voicemail, invoices) go to your Correspondence address, and not the one you signed up with.

Unfortunately not at this time, but we will make note of the suggestion for future.

I just created a rule in my email " all emails from *@crazyum01.worldline.ca, forward them to (my business email/my wife's email/etc)"

I hope this workaround works for you.

I'm not getting emails for voicemail. Perhaps it is because, as mentioned above, it is sent the correspondence email address, not the account email address. Unfortunately, I think the FPL web interface has changed and I can't find the correspondence email address.

Am I doing something wrong or missing something?

No, it's hidden/missing since the changes. I use 2 seperate addresses, 1 for the account login, one for voicemail messages. I still get my voicemail emails, I just can't change the address now if I wanted to.

Kris? Steve? Is this true that I can't change my correspondence email? I don't even remember what it is. I suspect it is outdated since I can't get vmail to email. Of course I could have some other problem, but I wouldn't know that until I check my correspondence email address.

Currently, when you register for an account you are simple signed up with an account and no particular service. You must then select your service (as of right now only one - software phone) and further proceed down another registration process. This then gets you set up with your 911 address, phone number, etc...

After selecting this phone number, the email address you used to sign up is now where everything is forwarded to. This includes all of your confirmation and notification emails such as low account balance notifications, and voicemail to email; this is all editable under your Account Settings (/updateAccountDetails) page. Once you change your email, this will also change your correspondence (voicemail to email) email address.

OK, so I turned off vmail to email, then I changed my email addr, then I confirmed the change (via email sent to me), then I changed the account password, then I enabled vmail copy to email.

I called the number and left a msg. I see the vmail in the online gui, but I never saw an email.

What gives?

So, what you are saying is that we can no longer have separate email addresses for login and notification?

I have this also on my number. I did pretty much the same thing.
