Dropped Calls With Dead Air
Ever since I had FPL, once in a while a call would get dropped (example : I would be talking to someone and the line would just go dead). You cannot hear anything. Its just dead air. This has happen to me a few times, usually at night. Today, though it happened around 5-6 pm. When it happened, I went and restarted my ATA. Is there a problem with FPL server when this happens or is it my equipment. Thank you in advance for the help!!!!!!

Re: Dropped Calls With Dead Air
If it happens regularly I suggest you check your device. FPL has been running smoothly for a very long while (6 months to 1 year) and they even replaced switches and other things recently. You would also read many other issues like yours in this topic if FPL was the problem.
If you have a PAP2 look in the device configuration topic, there is one about PAP2 provisionning file setup made easy that many have used with lots of success.
