Caller ID problems

Hi,
The caller ID works only on the second line, if someone call me when the line is busy I can see his number but doesn't show when line is free. On the softphone, no problem for the caller ID. I tried to change my phone but still same problem. I am using a linksys ATA RTP300. Does someone had this problem before.

Hi,
The caller id is not working properly right now. The calls are provided as "UNKNOWN".
Hope it will be solved as soon as possible.

for me it was on my side

i have rest my pap2 and re-enter the setting

and it work fine
