Hi
Since today, when I try to make a call with my freephoneline line, I receive a message that my call cannot be complete as dial, try again. For 5 call I tried, only 1 reached correctly the destination. The problem seems to be only for calls going to Telus customer. I don't have any problem to reach my Videotron cellphone. I live near Quebec City. The call I tried to reach start with 418-728-xxxx or 418-926-xxxx. I use my freephoneline line since 1 month and I don't have any problem since today. I suppose that my setting on my PAP2T-NA are correct.
Do you experiencing the same problem by your side ???

If you can PM me your number, and a few of the numbers you're trying to call, I can check into this for you.
Also, be sure to try a fresh call to each number before sending them to me.
