FPL not working in Ottawa?

My phone has no dialtone and is not working. When people calling in it goes straight to my voicemail. Is the system down or just my phone somehow?

Service is up for me...and it wouldn't be area specific. FPL has one POP, if the service was down for one, it'd be down for all. Unless it was a specific ISP routing problem.

We definitely weren't having any troubles last night - I'm guessing it's something on your end causing the issue. I'd start with some troubleshooting and let us know if you still can't get things back up again.
