Unable to make any international calls

Since Friday, May 13 unable to make any international calls 011XXXXXXXXXXX using ATA (busy signal) or softphone (shows FAILED right away). Nothing is in the call log. According to MyDetails page I have $13.98 on my account balance. For local calls is working just fine. Please advise.

I have same situation. I have about $5 balance but I can not make international call via softphone. I got "Destination is busy" right away or after about 30sec, I got "Declined". All calls are working fine inside Canada.

What countries are you both calling? Can you PM me your number as well as the destination number?

International calls are working fine system wide - I see thousands going out over the weekend up till today.
