Need to reset ATA everyday.

I have an ATA from Linksys PAPNT. It was working well until recently. Now I need to un plug and let it reset everyday. Can anyone offer any assistance. The tech support people are hard to understand and are not helping since it's not there problem.

I posted this elsewhere but this may be a better forum.

Everyday my FPL ATA is dead. I need to unplug and plug back in to get the line active again.

Linksys PAP2nt ATA
Bell 2Wire Dsl modem
Fibe 10 plan.
dry loop.

Mac environment.

Any help?

Hopefully it's not your ATA's hardware that's going bad.

I would simply do a facory reset: pickup the handset dial **** then RESET (73738) and #. You might need to confirm by pressing 1.

Then go here: http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1243 its the easiest way to setup your ATA. All you'll need to do is re-enter your phone number and password.

P.S. Check for the phone ring. If it doesn't or is almost unhearable then set the ring frequency from 52 to 25.
