Hi, (sorry if if this is not the board where I should post this problem) I keep getting the message "Invalid Account" when I try to login. I received the e-mail with the pin number to confirm by phone but I can't do it because it says Invalid Account. Don't know if I did some mistake? (This household already has an account. We bought a configuration file a while ago and it is under a different name/different e-mail address, and now we want to add a second # to be used in another country or when traveling, using the softphone if that's possible)

It's possible there may have been a typo during your registration causing your email or password to not be what you think they are. Your best bet would be to PM me your details, or phone our support line.

Thank you Steve, I registered again and now everything is working right. I'd like to thank Rosie, from technical support, for helping me to activate my account and addressing my issue in Spanish (my language) she was very helpful.
