Hello,
I am new to FPL and just want to be sure of a few things before fully switch over. I know you have to pay to call people not in the free calling cities. But, do you have to pay if you are receiving a call from people not from the free calling cities.
As well, just to confirm, FPL does allow you to receive calls from cities not on the free calling cities list, right?
Probably an obvious answer, but just want to make sure.
Thanks.

Calls from anywhere in the world to your freephoneline number are free. The caller on the other end is on the hook for long distance charges of course.

As far as everyone else is concerned your FPL is just another phone number, so it can be called from anywhere with no charge to yourself. What you also get to do is give a little smile as you answer the phone knowing that they are probably paying 50$+ a month for something you are getting for nothing
