What's my account number of my FPL number??

I just checked my online account, found no account number...or customer number.
I didn't buy a SIP file though.
Does this means, I am still not a customer of FPL?
Can I call CS to get my account number?

When you login into your account, click on the 'Purchase Voucher' link. At the top I have this -
Account: My Name (1613366XXXX)

So I would say the account number is my phone number.

The definition of customer would suggest that if you pay for, or use, a company's product, then you are a customer of them. So if you use the softphone, then you are a customer even if you do not buy a voucher or config file.

When I went to the remote access for the voicemail the other day it asked for my account number. I had to enter the phone number with a 1 at the start. So I would say this is the account number, even though it is not labeled up as such online.

Jake is correct, when you call into our support lines and we ask for you account number (or freephoneline.ca number) it is in reference to the 1613366xxxx number on your account; now, the customer number on the other hand is in reference to your internal customer number in our billing system. This number is rather irrelevant to you however a useful piece of information for us if ever you are calling in and have multiple accounts under the same name. For every phone number, there is one customer number.
