I have a problem, with my voice-mail. When the ring # set is for less than 30 seconds, my phone at home should get the message but instead there is long "dial tone" and my phone is not able to record any message.
I have switched the phone with another brand-new phone, the problem is still there.
However If my phone ring setting be placed for more than 6 ringers, my FPL answering system works and will receive and record my message.
Anyone knows what the problem might be.
Please advise.
Voice nail on the phone will meet with long "dial-tone".
