Hello,
I haven't really had any problems since I signed up but this is a recent development. I'd say in the last month it's started. Basically seems 1 out of every 5 calls, while in a call all of a sudden the call just disconnects. The ATA looks normal and is online just no activity and the call is lost. This morning was the worst, happened twice in a row...the only difference is this is the first time they showed up under Failed Calls in the call log, except they show up as Normal Call Clearing even though they failed.
Anyone else seeing this? Literally nothing has changed in my setup and like I said, it's only the last month this started, with this morning happening twice in a row.

Well for posterity's sake, turns out the problem wasn't anything to do with FPL at all. My 4 year old Vtech cordless phone just up and died. Replaced that and everything seems good.

I've had this problem as well as of late. I suspect that FPL's systems are handling too many concurrent calls. With the popularity of FPL growing (and I would assuming growing very quickly), they're probably bottle-necking out. Part of tomorrow's upgrade I bet is a capacity increase.

This is still happening, does anyone have any ideas? I'm not too inclined to believe my PAP2T-NA is at fault as sometimes I'll go days without this issue. It's more than likely not my ISP as I just switched from Cogeco to Bell and it happened already on the new service. It's really frustrating, so any pointers would be great. The call logs showed as "Normal Call Clearing" yet under the failed section on the old FPL control panel. Any ideas are very much welcomed.
