phone is not working
my phone doesnt work everyday i have problem before it was diff now i have this problem if i use the phone or someone calls me after a while my phone is not working no dial tone and there is a red light on the ata flashing i have been having problems with my ata for along time every time its something differient i dont know wht to do and who to ask

I suggest you first do a facory reset. Pick up you phone and dial **** (four times the star key) then you'll hear a prompt. Then simply dial 73738# and you should afterwards hear to confirm by pressing 1.
Once that is done go here: http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1243 and follow the instructions. They have shown to be very successful.
