Hello.
I am dialing the following phone number from my 514 area code phone: 438-402-3458 (which is another Montreal area code) and the operator recording says this is a long distance call ...
Any suggestions?

funnily enough a 438-402 number was mentioned in this thread http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2634. Kris said he added it to the free calling list. Hopefully he will pick up this thread and look at it.

Out of interest, I just tried calling a 438-402-xxxx number and it went through fine.
Was it a FPL generated message or from another phone company?
