No Inbound Sound
It used to work great.I got this problem about one week ago. My Isp is teksavvy cable. With my ATA, I can make and receive calls ,and I can hear my friend voice very well, but my friend told me they can not hear at all. I tried softphone with my desktop, and I got same problem.Is there some one can help me

Power down the modem, router, and ATA. turn on the modem, wait a minute, then turn on the router, wait another 30 seconds, then power on the ATA. That should fix your problem temporarily.
Your problem is that your router occasionally gets confused as to where the VOIP traffic should be routed. A reset gets it to try again. A better solution is to manually forward ports on the router.

I reset router and ATA, it still does not work. This morning it worked fine,but afternoon it does not work again

Has any port forwarding ever been done on your router? You may need to port forward UDP port 5060 to your ATA. Sounds to me like the router is playing hardball with the VOIP in it's default state - a port forward rule will tell it to always send traffic on UDP port 5060 to your ATA.
