ATA cannot connect to server error

Hi,
I am experiencing a very strange bug for the past month. So the PAP2 crashed one day with cannot connect to server message. Then I changed the setting on the freephoneline website with always forward to my cell number. Then the phone works fine for days (more then a week). Then when I disable the forwarding on freephoneline website, I am able to receive incoming call for a couple of times, but within an hour, my PAP2 again show the same error message (cannot connect to the server).

Please help.
