Destination Unknown
Is anyone else getting random "Destination Unknown" errors when trying to process long distance calls ? I'm experiencing it randomly. Usually if I wait a minute or two and try again, the call goes through. Not sure if it's because all of FPL's lines are in use ?

If you can PM some specific call examples to me that would be great - I can look into this for you.Abom wrote:Is anyone else getting random "Destination Unknown" errors when trying to process long distance calls ? It's definitely not because our lines are in use - we are the phone company, so we need not worry about ever running out of lines

I realize I'm going on a limb here, but would it be possible that after Abom places a call, the connection remains open or doesn't close properly, possibly due to config on the router/etc? It would hit Abom's allowable limit on lines and then fail?
