Long Distance Voucher on ATA?

The long distance voucher specifically says "Desktop App Long Distance Credit" does this mean they will only work from the Desktop FreePhoneLine app and not with an ATA account?

The vouchers are tied to the account - regardless of where it's used - be it softphone, ATA, etc.
