To 519 code: other party can't hear me but I can hear them

Whenever I make a phone call to the 519 area code (Waterloo/Kitchener area), the other party can never hear me.

I can hear them, but they can't hear a single word I say. Even when I call a cell phone with a 519 area code that's roaming in Toronto, the same problem.

Most phone calls to other area codes work fine, with no issues. It's the 519 area code specifically.

I have a 416 phone number with FPL if that helps.

Second to this. Area code 226 as well. It started from last Friday and still on going.

Can one of either of you two above tell me if this is still happening? If so, could you PM me your number and a couple numbers you're calling that experience this trouble?
It definitely doesn't seem to be global, as I live in KW and did a lot of calling in the area with my ATA this weekend.

I'm still getting this problem. But it does appear to be with only certain Kitchener Waterloo numbers.

My number is 416-273-xxxx
First trouble number is to 519-622-xxxx
The second one is to 226-338-xxxx

I have PMed you both numbers in full.

I don't have trouble reaching 1-519-622-xxxx anymore, but I am having trouble calling 1-226-339-6xxx. When they call, it's usually fine, but when I call them, they can't hear me.

Interesting I have another thread for a Ported Rogers Kitchener 519-578-xxxx number, and the 226 Area code is also an overlay of some 519 areas' such as Kitchener
