Follow me problems

Ｉam using ATA and the follow me feature worked great before.

After the control setting module upgrade, I just find something not working like before.

I chose follow me when unavilable mode, when the ATA is on, the incoming call will ring the FPL# and later the Follow#, then goes to voicemail, that is fine.

But when I test to power off the ATA, and the incoming calls never rings my Follow# after the normal rings.

What goes wrong?

I knew I could choose always forward mode,but I like to pick up the FPL# when I am at home and only pick up the follow# cell when I am out. if I choose this mode, the FPL never rings when I am at home , so I chose follow when unaviable mode.

BTW, I checked the SIP setting page , even if the ATA is powered off, the status still shows it is connected. Is this the possible reason for that problem?
